There is no minimum order quantity for standard items. For customized products, the requirement will be assessed based on fabric and craftsmanship. We accept small trial orders for new clients to help you explore local markets.

In-stock samples will be delivered within 1 working day. Custom samples take around 15 days. The sample fee will be fully refunded once your subsequent bulk order meets the requirement.

We follow a rigorous four-stage inspection process:
Incoming raw material inspection
In-process sampling inspection
Full inspection before packaging
Final random inspection prior to shipment

We recommend payment via Alibaba Trade Assurance. We also accept T/T, L/C and Western Union. Our standard term is 30% deposit in advance, and 70% balance against the copy of Bill of Lading.

After deposit confirmation and sample approval, standard orders take 10 to 20 days. The exact lead time depends on order volume and production schedule.
